A couple of years in the past I manufactured this Cornmeal Cornbread that employs buttermilk.  I attempted a Masa Harina buttermilk Edition but did not see an enormous variance in comparison to the whole milk Edition.  Masa harina is a unique type of flour constructed from maize cooked in lime h2o by way of a procedure termed Nixtamalization in
